From the 27 pigs reared in the stable we produce the salami of the Venetian tradition:
Sopressa
Bacon
Fresh salami
Cotechino
Sausages
Timetables:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30
Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00
Sunday from 9:00 to 11:00
Times may vary during the opening period of the restaurant and the harvest.
PPL VENETO
In 2013 our company became part of the project Piccole Local Produzioni del Veneto.
The task of the project is to monitor from the hygienic-sanitary point of view gli Alimentari commercialized by the same project.
