Check in
The arrival time is expected from 14:00 to 18:00.

For any arrivals after hours, notice is welcome for a better organization e gestione dei servizi. 

Check-out
The rooms must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure. In case of late check-out, please notify us in advance. A charge will eventually be agreed for the cost of the extension of the stay.

Payment and cancellation policies
An advance of a deposit is not required.
When booking, for stays longer than 4 nights, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required. The balance will be paid on the day of departure.
Even in cases where the deposit is not requested, if you cancel within 6 days prior to arrival, the amount equal to the first night will be requested.
Even in cases where the deposit is not required, if you cancel within 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show, an amount equal to the total price will be required.
If arrival is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, no payment will be required, unless a document certifying the quarantine order is presented.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
We accept changes and cancellations only by email.
It is possible to pay in cash, by credit or debit card MasterCard / Visa.

Tourist tax
Since 2014 the Municipality of Valdobbiadene has established a tourist tax for all tourists over the age of 14 who will stay overnight in our municipality. The fee is € 1.00 days per person up to a maximum of 5 days. The tourist tax is not included in our rates.

Common areas
The porch and the large garden are  available to our guests who want to relax both during the day and in the evening . 

Parking
The car park is not guarded, but there are no particular risks.

However, we recommend closing the cars and not leaving valuables inside them.

Customer obligations
We ask and recommend that you respect the peace and relaxation of the other guests . 
Respect for the structure, the other guests and the animals present is appreciated.
It is forbidden to bring people outside the farmhouse into the rooms or common areas, unless previously agreed with the staff. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the interior spaces. interior of the rooms.
For your safety, we recommend that you always close  the front door that gives access to the rooms.
