THE FAMILY

Grandfather Angelo's desire has always been to be able to have a tochetin de tera (small piece of land) for the family. And this prompted the Bernardi family to create today's reality: a farmhouse with rooms surrounded by vineyards.

The story begins in 1884, and sees Angelo Bernardi sharecropper of the Dalla Favera family. He will die in 1957 still as a sharecropper, passing on this condition to his son Antonio who, after several vicissitudes, will be able to take over the farm in 1975.
Initially started as "frasca", they offered patrons, especially local ones, homemade bread and a glass of wine. Since then to get to today with the farm have never stopped.
The cuisine has remained that of tradition from Veneto, from pasta and beans to home-made cured meats and mixed spit. Over the years, a variety of first courses and a selection of desserts have been added, all strictly homemade.
